Disastrous! This hotel is a haven for rowdy teenagers who seem to have mistaken it for their personal playground. The noise levels are unbearable, with the constant shrieks and shouts echoing well into the early hours of the morning. The rooms are in desperate need of a deep clean, and don't even get me started on the state of the bathrooms. Save yourself the misery and book elsewhere – this hotel is a nightmare waiting to happen."

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is in a very good location, very central. Located right next to a large shopping centre and tram stops. Ticked all of the boxes for my needs. The room was adequate - it is what you’d expect for a budget hotel. With the price I paid for 3 nights, I wasn’t expecting luxury. The room was a little dated with old carpet and thin mattresses but was spacious enough. The walls were very thin and you could easily hear noise from other rooms but it wasn’t of bother. The room looked out over the main street so was a little loud due to the thin windows. The lock on the door would not work so was a little worried. The bathroom was a wet room. The shower was very weak and low on the wall. It easily flooded, flooding the whole bathroom which was a little inconvenient. The toilet was very high from the floor. Friendly reception staff, very helpful and spoke good English. There was a toilet and a luggage room by reception. The breakfast was lacking slightly. The food wasn’t great and there wasn’t much choice. There was a coffee machine but no toaster. I’d recommend you get to the breakfast room earlier rather than later as it gets busy and is a very small room. It is what I’d expect though with a budget hotel and the price paid. You get given a WiFi token with a username and password which lasts for all of your stay. Overall, an okay hotel. I would recommend but just have watch on your expectations.

Decent hotel with good location

We stayed here for 2 night for a little break away, it was okay. We weren’t sure what to expect as the hotel had a lot of negative reviews online, but also a lot of positive ones. The room did what you needed and the location was very good, in the old town right next to a large shopping centre, tram lines etc. However, there were a few downsides, such as it was outdated and not the cleanest, but not too bad. Our room didn’t have a lockable door, and the shower was really low on the wall, and was a wet room so every time you showered it made a massive mess and would run into the bedroom. The breakfast was quite poor, with a very small selection that wasn’t that nice and not much seating, but for the price you can’t complain. The beds had quite thin mattresses, but overall were not too uncomfortable. We only got one pillow which made it very hard to be sat up due to the hard bed frame but when asked for more were given them. The staff were friendly and spoke English really well. Overall, the hotel was fine, but nothing special, but low budget so met expectations.

Basically the location is what’s good about this hotel. Staff is slim and not so friendly. Ok it’s Prague, they’re over-run with tourists. Breakfast room is too small and you may have to wait. Choices aren’t great either. Still “ok”. Rooms had no amenities. Couldn’t even hang up clothes. Hostel experience without dorm room.

a good hotel choice for its excellent location just a few steps away from one of the main gate to the City centre. There is a massive shopping centre next to the hotel too. however rooms are rather basic, not a telephone or a fridge in them, and very poor light making impossible even to read a book to relax at the end of the day. also, zero flexibility for a check-in earlier than 2pm. We asked to check-in at about 1:30pm but i've been replied...only starting from 2pm.
